By using PevoLink, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and account type (escort driver, broker, or trucking company). Brokers also provide company name, business address, and service area preferences.

Profile Information

Escort drivers may provide certifications, state licenses, vehicle details, equipment lists, service area, availability, work preferences, insurance documents, and profile photos. This information helps match drivers with appropriate jobs.

Job & Transaction Data

We collect information related to escort requests, job assignments, invoices, personal jobs, messaging between users, and payment details necessary to facilitate the Service.

Device & Usage Information

We may automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and general usage analytics to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To match escort drivers with job requests
• To facilitate communication between brokers, drivers, and companies
• To process invoices and payments
• To send job notifications, status updates, and service communications
• To verify certifications, insurance, and compliance documents

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, hosting, and analytics
• Stripe — Payment processing for web-based subscriptions
• Google Play Billing — In-app subscription purchases on Android
• Apple StoreKit — In-app subscription purchases on iOS

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Between platform users — Brokers can see driver profiles, certifications, and availability. Drivers can see broker company and job details. This sharing is necessary for the Service to function.
• Service providers — With third-party services listed above, solely for operating the Service.
• Legal requirements — When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Job records and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

You can delete your account directly from the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@pevolink.com.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

PevoLink is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
